At Dear Magnets, we want you to love your custom creations. While most items are final sale due to their personalized nature, we’ll always make things right if there’s an issue. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

 

1. Returns & Refunds

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [support@dearmagnets.com] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll send a replacement or refund.

Non-Custom Items:

Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Proof of purchase required.

 

2. How to Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email [support@dearmagnets.com] to request a return.
  2. Ship Your Item: If approved, an address will be then provided for you to send the items.
    Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

3. Exchanges

  • Custom Magnets: Final sale once production begins. Double-check personalization details before ordering.
  • Non-Custom Items: We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return your item, and once approved, place a new order.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds go to your original payment method. Allow 3–5 business days for bank processing.
  • Questions? Contact us if your refund hasn’t posted after 15 business days.

 

5. Exceptions

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom/personalized magnets (final sale).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or altered packaging.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

 

6. EU Customers

If shipping to the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
