How do I customize my magnets?

Choose your quantity and upload your photos during checkout. We’ll handle the rest!

What file formats do you accept for photos?

We accept JPG, PNG, and JPEG files. For best quality, use high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher).

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Absolutely! Contact us at hello@dearmagnets.com for bulk discounts and custom packaging.

 

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take in Malaysia?

Most orders arrive in 5–7 business days. Track your package with the link we email you.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. Do contact us at support@dearmagnets.com international shipping!

What if my order is lost or damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace your order at no cost.

Are your magnets durable?

Yes! Our magnets are made with premium materials to last for years.

What size are the magnets?

Standard size: 5cm x 5cm.

Can I reuse or reposition the magnets?

Absolutely! They stick securely but can be easily repositioned without leaving residue.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Due to their personalized nature, custom magnets are final sale. However, we’ll replace defective or damaged items.

What if I receive the wrong design?

Contact us immediately, and we’ll send a corrected version free of charge.

Can I cancel or edit my order after payment?
